Microdistrict Sadoviy (Perm)
Name “Sadoviy” became to use among city Perm people since the mid - 1970s years. The name “Sadoviy” became to use among city people from the half of 1970s years. But to 70s people knew another name –“ Konovalovskie pashni“. The district dot its name a rich man Konovalov, who had taken these lands and was the first who sowed there barley and rye for traiding. It was in the end of the last century(19th century), only since many years, when the previous master died, the name of the land was saved and factory farmers came to these lands from Zaiv. There was a virgin forest. In 1947 the factory named after Molotov, began to built up these lands. One-storied, stone houses were built, with gardens and the back regions.
The first streets were Tambov street and Schmidt street, later Kostromskaya street, Uinskaya street and Podolskaya street. Thare was the only one two-storied timber house, and the big stone building of seven years school №79. The building of the school passed into the possession of the Perm experimental jewellery plant at the beginning of the 1970s. There’s a fitness club now.
In 1950s two-storied stone buildings began to built, and in 1980s pulled down one-storey blocks. After the microdistricts Sadoviy-1 and Sadoviy-2 began to built up. In 1988 yaer the microdistricts Sadoviy-3 and Sadoviy -4 were build.
Nowadays there are 4 preschool education( kindergarden 40, 176, 319,419), there are 3 schools (gymnasium № 2, school № 35 and lycee № 9), and some institution of additional education.
