«Молодежь выбирает жизнь»
«Мы выбираем жизнь и такую, чтобы «не было мучительно больно за бесцельно прожитые годы».
Тип проекта
Литературно музыкальная композиция, презентация совместной работы группы учащихся 9,11 классов, членов школьного научного общества «Юный интернационалист» к юбилею Великой Победы.
Цель проекта
объединять учащихся изучением английского языка, доказать делом причастность к ученическому научному обществу «Юный интернационалист» к юбилею Великой Победы.
Задачи проекта
образовательная: а) приобретение навыков работы с англоязычным текстом (чтение, аудирование, составление эссе, краткого комментария); б) овладение информацией по вопросам, связанным с войной 41 – 45 гг. и по проблемам современной молодежи.
воспитательная: а) воспитание чувства благодарности к старшему поколению за пережитое и завоеванное; б) воспитание чувства ответственности за свое будущее и будущее близких людей; в) развивать способность видеть мир во всем разнообразии красок; г) учиться сочувствовать, сострадать ближним, своим ровесникам.
практическая: а) приобретать навык поисковой научно- исследовательской работы; б) учиться составлять композицию слайдов и клише к ним, подбирать по теме музыкальный фон; в) учиться работать в области информационных технологий.
Участники проекта
учащиеся 9,11 классов, члены школьного научного общества «Юный интернационалист» к юбилею Великой Победы.
Сроки реализации проекта
Работа длилась c марта по май 2010г.
Этапы реализации проекта
Участники проекта (12 человек) работали в трех группах. Группа А: поиск фотоматериалов (слайды); группа В: составление текстового обеспечения проекта; группа С: подбор музыкального фона.
Первый этап: определение формата работы и объём её (2 недели).
Второй этап: поиск фотодокументов и составление музыкального фона для композиции (4 недели).
Третий этап: подбор текстовой составляющей проекта (2 недели).
Четвертый этап: составление всей работы на диск.
Пятый этап: выступление на собрании членов ученического сообщества и на концерте, посвященному Дню Победы (2 недели).

Now it is time. Friends, we are beginning the story about life.
Year 2010.
It is a anniversary year for us!
It is time to answer the main question: what we live for on this huge planet called the Earth!
We are in the twenty first century now. We have the twentieth century behind which is connected with tragic events of the Great Patriotic War.
EVGENII EVTUSHENKO ... I saw Christ for the first time not in church but in a hut. It was in Siberia, in 1941. An old woman was praying for her son, missing in action somewhere at the front. She bowed very low to the saint on the icon. He resembled a bearded guerilla fighter to be found among documentary film clips put together into a book in Tashkent to the sounds of peacefully murmuring imgation ditches. The old woman bowed to God the way one bows to wheat when cutting it down with a sickle which sweats with dew. The old woman bowed to God the way one bows to nature when picking milk mushrooms or mountain cranberries in the grass. The old woman prayed to God barely moving her lips and bumped his head on the windshield. I saw the swastika on his arm and that which oozed from his forehead. And I also saw the red circle of the steam engine's wheel. From horror I had no hands to cover my eyes. The engine did not move but bloody steam and fog issued from the rolling wheels and the iron lever moaned. It was like an arm, with a bent elbow, tom off the body so that it should turn the wheels posthumously. Thus, in my fifth year the Lord sent me Salvation and a long road.. . But horror had poured into my blood and flesh. It rolls there like mercury. And when I fall asleep facing the moon, I cry so bitterly in my sleep that my tears flow down the wall in which I hide my memory
War. Four years… One thousand four hundred eighteen days. Twenty seven million lives in those one thousand four hundred eighteen days. This means 19 000 people
Just think about it! Each sixth person of our country died in that War! For the sake of Peace! For the sake of Happiness! For the sake of Life on the Earth!

21 st century. The century of IT technologies, aerospace… Slide 13. Music
And also the century of humanitarian catastrophes. ( Slides 14 – 22) The level of alcohol-caused deaths is seen as 324 thousands per a year. Approximately direct or an indirect reason for each third death in Russia is ALCOHOL. Absolute losses can reach up to 750 thousand deaths per a year! Enough! Say NO to alcohol! The second place among the reasons of death takes SMOKING! Each cigarette takes from 5 to 15 minutes of life… Among lungs tuberculosis –sick people are 95% of smokers… Cigarettes kill from 330 to 400 thousand people each year! Enough! Say NO to the cigarettes!
The number of drugs addicts in Russia in the recent 10 years has increased for more than 9 times and makes about 4 million people. From them each year 70 thousands die from the over dose. Drug addiction is one of the main threats of the demographic development of Russia! As with the UNO data to year 2050 the population of Russia will decrease for 30 million people less.

27 million people died – all for the sake of peace, happiness and life on the Earth! (Slide 23) And for what sake are you killing yourself? I am saying to you: Enough! Stop! Make a decision! Say to all bad habits – NO! (Slides 24-26) Music. Lyric music.
Turn around and take a look at what is going on in front of you. The Earth is living… Forests, grass, lakes, rivers, sky and air .. Just think how perfect the world you are living in is! (Slides 27-29)
Now it is time. We are finishing, friends, the story about life. Year 2010. It is anniversary year for us! 65 years of the Great Victory. We repeat again and again. (Slides 30 – 31) And we repeat again and again: NO to everything what kills our lives. NO to alcohol and drugs! No to senseless activities! (Slides 32 -37) We are the youth of Russia and we cant forget that we are the future of our country and hope of the coming days!

A Walk With Grandfather
Out walking small hand in large hand Grandpa and little Jim treked the land Out in the field where the hill starts to crest Two figures large and small stopped to rest The small boy looked up and said "What did you do in the war, Granddad' The older man hearing this dropped his shield Remembering things that had never healed He stood quiet and remembered with wrinkled brow Suddenly he was transported from the here and now The weight of these memories causing him to bow To give this boy an answer he didn`t know how He remembered the smoky battles ,the drying blood The jungle heat, the eternal rain, the slimy mud It seemed those things would never end He still hears the screams of dying men Friends dead in the blink of an eye Still even now his soul asks why, why What was won did not balance what was lost There isn`t anyone on earth can total the cost He thought he`d never see again these fields of home He had been afraid his children would grow up alone Looking down at the young innocent boy The grandfather decided on another ploy
Not wishing yet to visit the horror of war on him He said only "Why, I did what a soldier does, Jim"
No to bad habits!!!

Лучшее эссе учащихся-участников проекта по теме "Знаю! Помню! Горжусь"
Мне, как участнику ученической программы проекта ко Дню Победы было радостно осознавать, что наш коллективный труд на английском языке увенчался успехом. Зрители радушно приняли наше выступление, слайды о войне и молодежи равно как рассказ и мелодии тронули каждого зрителя.
У каждого из нас останутся в памяти пережитые минуты поисков, обсуждения. Главное чтобы тема войны и мира, а также судьбы молодежи её будущего не забывались, а волновали людей не только перед большими юбилеями, но и в обычной жизни, всегда. Ведь жить хочется всегда! Хочется ещё новых проектов, новых совместных дел, общения с друзьями.
