Extreme Park. Perm concrete Extreme Park was founded in 2009, October, 10. The extreme park was being worked out in the USA, where in the local town Louisville (Kentucky) the twin of this Perm construction is situated. But if the American analogue was the first, and this one was build without stands, these construction moments in Perm weren’t passed over.
