- 6 major shops, the area is 400-2000 m2

- movie multiplex ‘Kinomax’ with 5 halls
- food court ‘Alendvik’
- 3 restaurants, the area is 200-600 m2
- bowling alley chain ‘Planeta bowling’ with 26 lanes
