| − | That is interesting that you also have the aircraft industry in Samara. Our nearby town, Wichita, KS is known as the "Air Capitol of the World" as so many different aircraft building companies are located here. We have Cessna, Boeing, Hawker-Beechcraft, and Airbus.

| − | Yes, all the IT professionals need college education to work in this industry. They primarily need a Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in Engineering or Technology Systems. They use special computer programs such as Catia (http://www.3ds.com/products/catia/portfolio/) which is a 3-D modeling program that allows the engineer to design a product on the computer and send it to be cut out in a giant sheet metal laser cutting machine. It's an amazing tool to see.
