The Centre for Scottish Culture, Perm

About the Centre

There is the centre for Scottish culture on the faculty of foreign languages (CSC). It is still a volunteering organization whose is aim is arrangement of various projects for protecting children – orphans, children who have inclusive education and those kids who live in unfavorable conditions. The centre was founded in April 1998 as a non-commercial structure.

The Activity of The Centre for Scottish Culture

The volunteers of the centre regularly holds English classes (immersions) combining studies and games. The head of the centre is Ludmila Archipovna Zhelvatikh (Candidate of Philology) who works at the Perm State Pedagogical University. Students of the University of different courses participate in the centre’s activities.
