Travelling is claimed to influence people especially their personality, character and life style.

Nowadays, people pay more attention to travel as a way to relax. When we start to think about travel, we always know that a new experience lies ahead of us. After we have experienced certain aspects of traveling, we must ask what we will obtain from travel. Does travel broaden the mind? And what are the effects of an extended period of traveling. This, and more, will be answered in the following paragraphs.
Travel is not only a way to satisfy your visual, but also a way of broadening the minds of travelers. Of course, there are a great deal of people who choose travel to enjoy nature, spend time with family, have a chance to relax, and other reasons. However, traveling can also influence their thinking. There are a lot of people who agree that after traveling people can get new ideas from ancient culture, architecture design, and locals.
Travelling let you know more about different cultures. It is obvious that you have a culture of yours. But knowing other cultures will not affect yours. So there is no harm in knowing the other cultures. Rather you will be enriched in knowledge. When you travel abroad, you will get to meet with the people of that country. As a result you will get a good knowledge about their culture. If you like anything of a different culture, then you can adopt it.
Additionally, travelling gives you opportunity to find out worlds history. Every country has a history of its own. Some are very fascinating and some are filled with pain. Whatever it is, you can know this if you travel abroad. When you will know the history, you will be highly informative. Just imagine that you are listening to the history from an inhabitant of the country and all the scenes are appearing in front of your eyes. What an amazing feeling that would be!
Travelling will certainly improve your career prospects. Your travels will make an interesting topic of conversation in interviews and something you should definitely bring up - people want to work with fun and interesting colleagues. You will learn plenty of life skills whilst travelling, consider how they can improve your CV and how they can be applied to a job. If you are really concerned a working holiday or even just learning a new language whilst travelling means you will still be developing different experiences and skills to add to your portfolio, whilst on the move.
There was a research study which was conducted by Raleigh International, which is an organization that helps people to develop new skills, friendship and make a difference in communities and environments across the world. The experiment was done with more than a hundred formal Raleigh ventures from disadvantaged background. Raleigh found that mixing young people from different social background increased aspirations and interest in education and learning. By mixing the different cultures and social backgrounds together it was seen that 81% of the people increased their friendship with people from different backgrounds. 94% said their understanding of other people’s cultures and backgrounds had increased. 73% reported increased participation in volunteering activities as a result of their involvement.

To sum it up, it is scientifically proven that traveling does influence people. Travelling affects different aspects of people's personality from minor interests to great historic knowledge. With these numbers we can see that: “The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page”. (St. Augstine)
